So I am finally in my new place. It has been a few weeks in the making (or years if you believe my incessant whining about living with my parents!) but I am finally in. I only had three bags with me since it was not my plan to move in anywhere during my time in London; as a result my room is looking pretty sparse and bare. It’s my goal this week, then, to find some stuff to make it a little more ‘homely’ – I have been on the hunt.

I have been looking for fun stuff, useful stuff and cool stuff that I can use. Looking at Buzzfeed to see what the “21 cool things you should buy for your new London room” lists offer (or things of that ilk…), having a look on IKEA and generally keeping my eyes peeled. First things first though; I need a duvet and pillows…
